1. Appointments & Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance, via email or website.
- A non-refundable booking fee of 10% is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total balance.
- No booking is confirmed until the booking fee is received.
2. Payments
- Final payment is due on two weeks before the appointment
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer
- Group bookings or bridal packages also require full payment at least two weeks prior to the event.
3. Travel & On-Location Services
- Travel fees may apply for certain areas, this will be included in the principal quote and invoice
- Parking fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellation:
- If you cancel your appointment more than 2 weeks before the scheduled date, no further charges apply.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks will result in the forfeit of the full amount
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Makeup Artist Cancellation:
- If I must cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the booking fee.
- I will do my best to provide a suitable replacement makeup artist if available.
5. Delays
- Please arrive on time or ensure the agreed location is accessible and ready for services.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled, with no refund of the booking fee.
- it is the responsibility of the client to communicate the correct details of the job and to carefully read the confirmation of details presented by the artist
6. Hygiene & Health
- All tools and products are sanitized between each use.
- Clients must notify the makeup artist of any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting contagious illness (cold sores, conjunctivitis, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
7. Photos & Social Media
- With your consent, I may take photographs during or after your appointment for use on my portfolio or social media pages.
8. Liability
- I will take all reasonable care but will not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the use of makeup products, unless caused by negligence.
- It is the client’s responsibility to notify of any known allergies or sensitivities.
9. Force Majeure
- I am not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions.
